Training Simulator for Official Oral Expression Tests<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At TechnoLanguages Services INC<\/strong>, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our users. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Therefore, we have established a clear and fair refund policy, inspired by best practices in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Refund Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Refund Requests<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within 14 days of purchase<\/strong>, provided the service has not been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unused Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Refunds will only be granted if the purchased services (simulation packs, coaching sessions, etc.) have not been used or activated. Once a service has been activated (e.g., access to a test or evaluation), no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical Errors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If a technical issue prevents access to or use of the simulator, a refund or credit for future use may be offered based on the user’s preference, after verification and validation by our technical team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free or Trial Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No refunds will be issued for free versions, trial sessions, or level evaluations offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partial Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If a user has utilized a portion of the services included in a pack (e.g., one simulation out of a three-simulation pack), a partial refund may be considered. This refund will be calculated proportionally based on unused services, minus a 10% administrative fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
