Training Simulator for Official Oral Expression Tests

At TechnoLanguages Services INC, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our users. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Therefore, we have established a clear and fair refund policy, inspired by best practices in the field.


General Refund Conditions

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used.


Unused Services

Refunds will only be granted if the purchased services (simulation packs, coaching sessions, etc.) have not been used or activated. Once a service has been activated (e.g., access to a test or evaluation), no refund will be issued.


Technical Errors

If a technical issue prevents access to or use of the simulator, a refund or credit for future use may be offered based on the user’s preference, after verification and validation by our technical team.


Free or Trial Products

No refunds will be issued for free versions, trial sessions, or level evaluations offered.


Partial Refunds

If a user has utilized a portion of the services included in a pack (e.g., one simulation out of a three-simulation pack), a partial refund may be considered. This refund will be calculated proportionally based on unused services, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request

Request Evaluation

Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you via email of the decision.


Refund Processing Time

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 10 business days.


Exceptions

  • Requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be considered, except in the case of a justified technical issue.
  • No refund will be issued if abusive or non-compliant use of the simulator is detected.
