By using the platforms and services of the Training Simulator for Official Oral Expression Tests (hereinafter referred to as “the Simulator”), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to abide by them. The Simulator reserves the right to modify its Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Users of the Simulator’s platforms and services agree to comply with the most recent version of these Terms.

SERVICES OFFERED BY THE SIMULATOR

The Simulator is designed to provide preparation tools for official oral expression tests, including TCF Canada, TEF Canada, and ELS-ELO. It is important to note that the Simulator does not replace official tests, and results obtained from simulations are not official results.

The FrenchTestSimulator platform offers interactive simulations, evaluations based on CEFR standards and the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB), detailed reports, and personalized recommendations. The platform is designed to enable users to practice effectively, self-evaluate, and strengthen their oral expression skills in a secure educational environment to better prepare for the requirements of official exams.

USER RIGHTS

Users are granted access to the Simulator’s platform and products in accordance with these Terms of Use. Non-compliance with these Terms may result in penalties, including account suspension or banning from the platform. Illegal or abusive use of the services may also lead to civil or criminal proceedings.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Simulator owns all intellectual property rights and copyrights related to its platform, including texts, videos, images, source codes, applications, and associated content. Users may use these elements only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written authorization from the Simulator is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Users grant the Simulator the right to collect, store, and use any non-personal data they publish or submit on the platform, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

PLATFORM AND SERVICE ACCESS

The Simulator strives to provide reliable and accessible services to its users. However, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt access to the platform or modify its features without prior notice. The Simulator assumes no liability for any damages resulting from these interruptions or modifications.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Simulator makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of the content it provides. However, it cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors or inaccuracies. The Simulator is not liable for any damages related to the use of its services, including material damage or data loss.

SECURITY

Users are responsible for keeping their login information confidential. While the Simulator employs high-standard security measures, it cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for ensuring that their devices are protected against cyber threats.

REGISTRATION

To access the services, users must create an account and provide information such as a valid email address and password. This information is collected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is used to personalize the user experience.

TERMINATION

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the Simulator’s technical support team. Account closure may limit access to certain services.
